Chiều 15-12, Sở Y tế Thái Nguyên phối hợp với VNPT tổ chức Hội thảo giải pháp chuyển đổi số ngành Y tế giai đoạn 2023-2025.

Tại Hội thảo, Sở Y tế đánh giá kết quả thực hiện công tác chuyển đổi số thời gian qua. Theo đó, Thái Nguyên có 26 đơn vị trực thuộc Sở Y tế, 1 Bệnh viện Trung ương, 3 bệnh viện ngành, 5 bệnh viện tư nhân, 15 phòng khám đa khoa tư nhân và hơn 1.300 quầy thuốc, nhà thuốc… Được sự quan tâm của các cấp, ngành liên quan, thời gian qua, ngành Y tế Thái Nguyên đã đạt được những kết quả tích cực trong công tác chuyển đổi số, xây dựng nền y tế thông minh với 3 trụ cột chính: Phòng bệnh, chăm sóc sức khỏe thông minh; khám, chữa bệnh thông minh và quản trị y tế thông minh.

Cụ thể, đến nay:100% cơ sở khám chữa bệnh có hệ thống phần mềm quản lý; 100% nhà thuốc đã kết nối liên thông với hệ thống “cơ sở dữ liệu dược quốc gia”; gần 120 nghìn đơn thuốc đã liên thông đến hệ thống Đơn thuốc quốc gia; 100% bệnh viện triển khai hóa đơn điện tử, thanh toán viện phí không dùng tiền mặt, ký số hộ chiếu vắc-xin cho hơn 3,5 triệu mũi tiêm; trên 900 nghìn người dân Thái Nguyên có hồ sơ sức khỏe…

Dù đạt được nhiều kết quả nhưng công tác chuyển đổi số ngành Y tế vẫn còn một số hạn chế nhất định vì hệ thống cơ sở vật chất chưa được đầu tư đồng bộ; nguồn lực, nhân lực chưa đảm bảo…

Thảo luận tại Hội thảo, các đại biểu nêu nhiều giải pháp nhằm khắc phục những tồn tại, hạn chế, đồng thời đóng góp vào các giải pháp chuyển đổi số của ngành Y tế giai đoạn 2023-2025, tập trung vào 4 nội dung: Phát triển hạ tầng công nghệ thông tin y tế; chuyển đổi số trong hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe và phòng bệnh; chuyển đổi số trong bệnh viện và trong quản trị y tế.

Nhân dịp này, Sở Y tế và VNPT Thái Nguyên ký kết thoả thuận hợp tác về chuyển đổi số giai đoạn 2023-2025.
