Поступает звонок от менеджера, который меня ведёт, Николая, что неисправность в камере, рекомендуется замена, стоимость 35к. Приезжаю спустя 15 минут за машиной и далее диалог: "При диагностике автомобиля был проведён полный осмотр контактов, мультимедиа и тд. Контакты все в полном порядке, проблема в самой камере, но чтобы быть уверенным на 200% надо купить рабочую камеру, поставить и если будет работать, то дело было в ней, если нет, то в контактах и мы вернёмся вам…
